BB86, BB92 and T47: the details to send before ordering
The seller asks, “Which bottom bracket?” Reply with a specification, not only “T47” or “BB86.” A few measurements and the crank code can prevent the small wrong part that stops the entire build.
Park Tool’s terminology guide groups BB86/BB92 among PF41 press-fit arrangements; shell width still distinguishes applications. T47 is a threaded family with different widths and layouts. The crank’s spindle diameter is a separate measurement, so “24 mm crank” does not identify the frame’s shell.
Fill this sheet with the maker or assembler
For the LCR018-D and Speedster SR, use each exact generation’s drawing rather than another T47 frame’s dimensions. If the frame is already in your hands, have a competent assembler verify the shell without damaging threads or bearing seats.
A width needs a label too. Wheels Manufacturing’s selection guide lists a 68 mm shell and a 90.8 mm over-seal width for its T47-OUT-30MM. Those measure different things. Ask which dimension a quoted width names before filling the Shell row. This is a dimension example, not a part recommendation for either pictured frame.

Ask for the actual part code
Send the completed sheet and ask the supplier to confirm the compatible bottom-bracket model in writing. Include any required spacers, tool access and installation labour in the quote. If two sources disagree about the shell, hold the order until the frame maker resolves it. Averaging two widths does not produce a third useful standard.
