About GIRDER
GIRDER (格拉德) is sold in China by 苏州格拉德自行车科技有限公司, a Kunshan company recorded in a public directory as established on 2015-01-27. The company's own site says it licensed a British brand, tracing it to the 1977 founding of the Edinburgh Bicycle Co-operative and to partners in Manchester, with China authorization in 2014. We found no independent evidence for that origin or licence, so it remains a company claim. A 2016 Biketo article calling GIRDER a domestic brand was published under GIRDER's own byline, not as independent reporting.

GIRDER BISON R7020 store promotion post (2023-04)
A store post presents BISON as a new GIRDER model after Arrow and Corsa, with a full carbon frame and carbon wheels, Shimano R7020 2×11 hydraulic-disc group, Schwalbe tires and an orange finish, at a CNY 11,800 in-store promotion with extra gifts. The dealer states a lifetime frame warranty and one-year parts warranty; that is a dealer claim, not a verified current manufacturer policy. A commenter's lower-price recollection and an unanswered weight question are not accepted as facts.
Official contact page lists a sales email and messaging contact and a business address in Lujia Town, Kunshan. It is a direct sales-inquiry route; no online checkout, marketplace store link, warranty term or shipping policy is published.
Brand-authored history. States that GIRDER Bicycle Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015, introduced the British bicycle brand GIRDER and handles design, R&D and sales; positions products in the CNY 5,000–20,000 range. Claims the brand dates back to the 1977 founding of the Edinburgh Bicycle Co-operative, that partners in Manchester created the GIRDER brand, and that authorization to enter China succeeded in 2014.
