    Comfortable and very responsive, though heavy for carbon and not aero. Standover was tight with 44 mm tires, the low seatpost insertion rules out a dropper for this rider, and a 75 mm stem replaced the 100 mm one. Only some debris in the dropout threads needed cleaning.

    Loved the first-time build. The frame has four bottle mounts and the fork came with mounts, 48 mm 650b tires fit, and an 11–40 cassette works with the GRX derailleur even cross-chained. Carbonda had by then moved to BSA-threaded shells only.
